I'm honest, not because someone told me to be, but just because it works! I eat well because it enhances my experience of life. That works too.
I look for value. There's a qualitative difference between good days and bad days. So it's worth discovering why days are good.
I don't try to be consistent; I am consistent when working with honesty and value.
Integrity is telling myself the truth. Honesty is telling the truth to others.
